My Wordless Wednesday Was THIS Big!

ccf19092007_00000.jpg

My grandparents and their best friends went on a big vacation together. I think it was “out west” like Montana, etc. I have lots of pictures of it–them camping, posing in front of natural wonders and even with the locals. But I love this picture. Look at them in a tent, sleeping close together and telling stories. Weren’t they cute?

On the back Grandma wrote, “Don, Dolores listening to George’s ‘fish’ story”. Isn’t that great? It says so much! (George, my grandfather is the one on the right, obviously.)

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
