Anywhoo. I‘ve got a quick little Bible tip for your Sunday morning. This one is so fabulous you can use it right now and it will only enhance your day of worship and rest!
Did you know you can listen to several audio versions of the Bible on your smart phone or computer for FREE?
The YouVersion Bible app has about 10 different versions available!
I listened to the NLT (New Living Translation) and the NIV (New International Version) and they are both amazing. There is background music and dramatic narrators. I am hooked!
I haven’t tried it on the kids yet, but I was thinking how fun this would in the mornings when you are doing your own quiet time (like HelloMornings)–you could let the kids listen to a few verses or a whole chapter while you read your own Bible. My kids are in love with their headphones (remember, we bought some for the ohRV trip?) so if I let them use their headphones every morning to listen to the Bible? I would be Super Mom!
This reminded me that I borrowed the NIRV audio CDs from the library one time. I should get those again. My kids could listen to audio books all day long. Why not the Bible?!
