I remember my first sweat angel from crossfit. Whew. That was a hard earned angel!! 🙂 I also remember being able to wring my shorts out during a long run while marathon training. Holy cow, I never knew I could sweat that much!
It’s gross. But then it’s kinda awesome. 😉
