me. swinging with the kids.
Happy Saturday morning! The kids are watching Doc McStuffins and eating banana oatmeal, my husband is getting ready for his first CrossFit competition and me? I’ve done a load of clothes, so sitting at my computer in my pajamas is my reward!
I’m going to be picking the multitude of winners for our backyard party prizes tomorrow, so make sure you’ve entered to win all the fabulousness:

- an airplane costume from Wearables by Kid Constructions (Four winners!)
- an 11×13 print from Hope Ink (+a 15% discount code for you!)
- the Redeemed scarf, I Am His necklace and Treasured bracelet from Dayspring
- books from Vicki Courtney {5 Conversations to Have With Your Daughter/Son}
- a Plywood People mesenger bag + Planning a Fabulous Party without Losing Your Mind ebook (& a 50% coupon code) + Create Your Perfect Cleaning Schedule ebook (& a 50% off coupon code) + Truth in the Tinsel ebook + 7: An Experimental Mutiny Against Excess book + What’s in the Bible? DVD. (<–that’s hecka stuff!)
And don’t forget to download your FREE ebook from me, Praying God’s Word for Your Kids! I’m going to start reading it during my #hellomornings on Monday and sharing some of the prayers and activities on our Facebook page. Each week, I’ll introduce two of the free printable Scripture art downloads to go along with the prayers. We can pray together–it will be awesome!

To get your free ebook, just sign up for my not-so-daily updates via email or feedreader. When you get your first email (or check the posts in your feedreader), you’ll see a link to download the book. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
Thanks for a super Backyard Party this week, friend! I’m excited about this new season of blogging and sharing. Next week, don’t expect a post every single day (I’m not that wordy!), but do expect some super fun–including (FINALLY) the full Flying Ace Party post! 🙂
Happy weekend!

Neat product!
Happy Weekend to you too! That banana oatmeal sounds yummy.
I started cross fit since moving to Texas in July. I’ve really liked it so far. Don’t know if I’ll ever do a competition… I’d be interested in hearing how he did and what he thought about it. Have a great rest of your weekend! 🙂
Well, he liked it. If you can like doing 3 WODs in one day. He said, “I just hope I don’t come in last.” He didn’t. He was 9th out of 10. 😉

Congratulations on your first new-bloggy-week! love you, Amanda!
Love you, Leigh! xo
Love your heart and creativity! Our family used your Truth in the Tinsel book last advent. I look forward to hearing more of your stories and inspirations! God’s blessings!
Oh Amanda! I love all that you do. I’ve been a fan since Impress your Kids (Please don’t stop or take that website down it has so much good info on it!). But I’m excited to see how you are going to grow. Speaking of growing… I was looking at those messenger bags from Plymouth and thought it’d be a great way to reach out to our Ladies’ Grow Ministry at church instead of those nice embroidered kind that we spend so much money on, this is actually useful to many people as it is made and the churches whose signs we are using. I’m going to bring it up in the next GROW meeting next month. Thanks for the link. Sorry it wasn’;t on your other page, but I couldn’t get to the leave a comment section and hey, gotta admit that although I did want to share this, I did want to qualify for the free one 🙂 Thanks for all you do!!
