I {heart} The Ultimate Blog Party

Ultimate Blog Party 2009

I’m stumped.

It’s a blog party. Two of my favorite things—blogs and parties. And I’m stumped.

I can’t think of an original idea to save my life. I mean, there’s always the “Welcome to my home, we’re eating Bakearella’s Cookie Brownie Ganache concoctions.” But I only made them once and mainly ate them by myself instead of sharing them with party-goers anyone.

There’s also the Bloggy Commercial where I tell you about my bloggy prowess. Bor-ing.

You know what I really want? I’d love to have one of those heart thingies from etsy. You know, a little picture of me in the middle and then lots of lines coming out of me to show you all the things I {heart}.

Well, I don’t think I can make one of those between now and midnight…which is the time I’d like to stay up to so I can get my link somewhere in the first 900 posts on the Mr. Linky…but maybe I can show you a few things that I do in fact {heart}. And if you love any of the same, maybe you can stick around and we’ll become bffs. Some of my very best bbbf are because of the UBP!

Of course, the thing I {heart} the most is well…in fact, my HEART…

I also get a tiny heart palpitation when I hear the word LOST.

And if there were ever a i-wish-i-was-crafty-enough-to-be-on-etsy party. Well, I’d be there, too. Preferably with a bag of purple felt.

I am kinda crushing on twitter, Harry Connick Jr., kids books, movies that involve singing, Mickey & Minnie, black and white photos, people who help out at their church, giveaways and secret stashes of m&ms.

I {heart} photographers, missionaries, teachers, moms, more moms, more teachers and lots of crafty mamas and oh yeah, more moms.

I also really big puffy red heart blogging. If I don’t blog here at ohAmanda every day, I feel like I’m missing something. And I’ve got some big dreams for my kid-parent blog, Impress Your Kids. If you stick around you’ll see some of them come true soon (I hope).
