And I couldn’t be happier! Les spent two days in Bham loading all our furniture, pulling weeds, touching up the walls and cleaning our still unsold house. Yesterday he pulled in with the biggest Uhaul they’ll give you. Now our house is full to the gills with furniture and wonderful yummy STUFF!
So far I’ve found lampshades, picture frames, candles, books and stuff I didn’t even remember we owned! I’m in heaven. Our house here in ATL is old. It was very dirty (tons of dog hair and straight up dirt) when we moved in. I still get the willies sometimes when I’m cleaning or putting dishes away. So, to see all my stuff here makes the house feel cleaner and warmer. I can’t wait to unpack all my dishes and my books!
Thank you baby, for doing so much work. I love love love you. (And I love our furniture!!)

Yay!!! Can’t wait to see it all 🙂
I bet that feels so great to have all your stuff now!! I do hope your house in Bham sells soon – I can’t imagine how much of a stressor that would be!!
Oh I love when you can get to the point where the new house feels like home:) What a great hubby;) I bet you are so excited to go through all the stuff and put it all away where it belongs.
And I hope soon very soon the old house sells!!
Oh how wonderful! A house is really a home when you get all of your own furniture and “stuff” there! Enjoy unpacking and finding a new place for it all, especially the books and candles. Light them and enjoy your new space 🙂
Two thumbs up for great husbands!!!! I can only imagine how good it feels to set up home and it is clean and new and exciting.
Yea! furniture!
I felt the same way about my hub yesterday after he helped me all afternoon clean out the pantry (more of a room really) anyway, they sure can be great helpers.
He called me today to tell me I was his soul mate (nothing new there) and I went through a low spot on my cell phone just like on those silly commercials. It was funny. I made up for it later.
What a great hubby 🙂 I’m happy for you that you have rediscovered. That is always so fun.
