I literally do not have a list for you. I have a few in my drafts, but nothing I’m ready to share yet (One is about ballet, one on twitter. These are the extremes of my life!) So, I’m sitting on my couch trying to punch out a post before Les is finished putting the kids to bed (they asked for a Daddy night! Woot!). And at first I thought, well…
1. I could give them a clue about what I’m doing all week. It is kinda interesting–geocaching, choreography and gas station attendants. (hint: see my facebook page)
2. Or I could write about the my new kitchen time-savers? Including a list of the things I no longer wash. (Intriguing, no?)
3. Then I thought about our garden! I haven’t told you anything about our garden! We have peas this year! And oh, about 9 more things…but you know, it’s all food. Not that exciting.
4. Next my mind flitted to my birthday money. It’s been a month and I still have $50 to spend. (Granted, I didn’t get it until like 2 weeks ago…) But I don’t even think I have a list of ten things to choose from. I’m debating between an Eclectic Whatnot camera strap and some books.

you should not be surprised: me. on the couch. taken just for you.
5. And while I’m thinking, I hear Asa singing in his bed. (Les must be with Lydia now.) And I thought about all the recent CDs and audiobooks we’ve been listening to. The kids have been loving 101 Dalmatians. I don’t even like dogs and I love this book!
6. But that’s a lot of Amazon links to collect. I’m not sure I’m up for that.
7. Another thing I could write about is my husband’s new conversion to vegetarianism. (Did you hear that Kristen?) Also, he’s not eating bread unless I make it. So, my cooking has really changed these last few weeks. And oh, that bacon in my fridge? Totally making a quiche for lunch when he’s not home. {B-b-b-baacon! H-h-h-hhaaaamhocks!*}
8. Of course, all this brings my mind back around to the whole no-niche-memoir-blog thing. Why haven’t I told you about all this stuff before? It’s been weeks! Why doesn’t my blog reflect what I’ve been doing? *sigh* That’s the Ten Million Dollar Question, or whatever number that is…
9. And of course, what about So You Think You Can Dance? Ever since Lost left us, I haven’t written about a TV show! I like a good rally-around-a-tv post. It’s always unifying. (So, right now? The Oooooo-ooo guy is making me laugh. And the girl with the super-short hair is my girl fave.)
10. And then I realize, SWEET! I just made a Top Ten list! See how easy it is? No pressure! Just write! And then link up below! For fear of sounding ridiculously internet-ish: Mwuah! Kisses to all of you for linking up! Honestly, your links make my day! I hope you enjoy some traffic, some inspiration and are meeting new friends!
*anyone remember that quote? it’s from an old cartoon…
