Hazel, owner of the doll. My great-grandmother.
Agda, pronounced Ugh-duh. Hazel’s sister.
I just think this is a great picture. I have several pictures of Ugduh Agda that I’m going to share. But I wanted to share this one because it’s the most…flattering of her. She was not an attractive woman. And with a name like UGH-DUH, it just makes it even better. But here, she looks sweet. Enjoy it while it lasts…
(*snicker* I’m sorry! When my brother and I were little we thought this was the funniest name ever. I’m sure in Sweden it didn’t sound exactly like Ug-duh. But in our southern accents it did. Next Wednesday I’ll unveil the grown up Agda…then you’ll see why I’m laughing.)

I love pictures from the past. So cool. Happy ww!
What an interesting picture! Can’t wait to see her all grown up!
Great picture.
I feel like I’ve witnessed a little slice of history – namely YOUR history. Thanks for sharing this!
