Asa waking up two times in the middle of the night is SO FUN. It’s like a special little playtime just for me and him. I so totally don’t miss my sleep.

Taking a shower with two kids in the bathroom? That is a fun time.

Unpacking boxes is the best. I totally wish I didn’t have furniture and just kept everything in boxes. Then I could just dig through them all the time to find my stuff. That would be awesome. And they would so totally match each other.

45 minute naps for a 7 month old is totally refreshing and normal. I wish Asa would just take one 45 minute nap a day!

I never overuse words. Especially “totally”.

Break-and-bake cookies? DISGUSTING.

what about you?

It’s Backwards Day

in backwards day,me,random,thursday thirteen

1. I never let the dishes get piled up in the sink. Flylady is my hero and my sink is shining right this second.

2. Annie on Little Einsteins is a great singer. I wish I had her CD.

3. I never let the laundry get piled up. It’s always washed, dried, folded & put away– right away. It would not remotely be sitting on my dining room table right now.

4. I am not even addicted to facebook’s Pieces of Flair. I doubt I added even 1 (or 12) buttons since my post yesterday.

5. I’m not nervous about the pirate getting here. After all it’s not like his room is still pink. Or he doesn’t have a crib.

6. I’m not tired.

7. I loved hearing my daughter whine for me this morning. Nothing says, “Good Morning” like a whining two year old.

8.  I’m not thinking about changing my blog title to this:

*snort*

9. My daughter is not even cute. Sometimes I can’t even look at her.

10. I would never eat peanut butter M&M’s for breakfast.

11. I would never eat peanut butter M&M’s for a mid-morning snack.

12. I didn’t start (and trash) four posts to try to participate in Thursday Thirteen. This kinda awesomeness just flows out of me.

13. I could care less if you leave me a comment. I don’t even want to hear what’s going on in your Backwards Day.

1. My internet is awesome. It hardly ever refuses to connect. In fact, it’s password protected and the router can be just 20 feet away and it still connects at FULL bars every time. I never get aggravated at it. And I can always get online whenever I want. It would NEVER refuse to work so I couldn’t get online say, all of Friday. What more could a girl ask for?!

2. Moose Munch Bars are just ok. Nothing to write home about. Certainly not enough to make you compare chocolate to Heaven. And $1.99 for one bar at Target? Totally NOT worth the un-decadence of it all.

3. Some people are going to be sorely disappointed with my Love As a Way of Life giveaway. Especially Erin at Where We Love is Home and Carolynn who totally needs a blog! I’m sure I won’t remotely email them today.

4. I cannot stand So You Think You Can Dance. And I would never have a totally rockin’ post forming in my drafts file ready to share with you.

5. I am such a creative blogger.

What’s going on in your Backwards Day?
