The other Saturday the kids were out with their grandparents and my husband and I cleaned the house for like 3 hours. (Gah.) The only thing that got me through was the podcast app on my phone. I listened to a Focus on the Family podcast about CS Lewis, Tricia Goyer’s podcast with my heroes Brock and Bodie Thoene, a Survivor podcast about the merge (!!), a Slob Comes Clean podcast about containers, the How They Blog podcast, the Adventures in Odyssey podcast and even part of the God Centered Mom podcast. And the only reason I didn’t listen to Phil Vischer’s podcast is because I’d already listened to it that week!
I’ve clearly become a podcast fanatic.

We chatted about Christmas, Truth in the Tinsel, organizing apps and joy—like real joy from the Lord. It was such a sweet conversation and I had so much fun talking and listening to what they had to say.
