Top Ten {Tuesday}

Top Ten {Tuesday}

So, I’m getting ready for bed and realize, yikes! It’s 11:30pm! And tomorrow is TUESDAY! Holy Shmoly….

Things That {Almost} Made Me Forget It Was Tuesday

1. Osama Bin Laden. (!!!)

2. My sister-in-law’s Pinning Ceremony last night! She’s an RN now!

3. My sister-in-law’s graduation party this weekend–we’re doing a vintage nurse theme. And we’re also gonna get some of these…

blood candy

4. The Orange Conference. I went as a blogger to report on the conference last week—but really it was like a homecoming! So many of my old friends were there, I just talked in the halls for the most part! (Shhh, don’t tell!)

5.  Mary Carver from Giving Up on Perfect was also blogging Orange. So, she stayed at my house! We had lots of quality time in the car driving to and fro! (And talking. We did lots of talking. And laughing. And maybe a little crying, too.)

6. Church. I am getting more involved in our preschool department at church–doing lots of stuff with the storytellers, kid volunteers and worship singers. We had 2 meetings on Sunday and a mid-week meeting with some staff. Fun stuff!

7. Laundry. Did you know if you wash and dry your laundry you STILL have to fold it and put it away? That 3rd and 4th step always get me.

8. OSAMA BIN LADEN. And all the tweets, blog posts and news that went with it. I wrote a post about all of it. But now I’m not sure if I’m going to post it. Not sure if it’s awesome. Or maybe I’m too scared to post it. This story took up so much of my day it had to be 2 of my 1o!

9. We got to meet Yancy‘s baby for the first time this week. This is Asa singing “Hosanna” to baby Sparrow.

10. My full tummy. We went to Cheesecake Factory tonight.  I got Spaghetti Carbona. Yum.

  2. I always have a couple baskets of clean laundry around the house. Takes me weeks to get to them sometimes. No lie.

    LOL, it’s steps 3 and 4 of the laundry duty that ruin the whole chore!
