Blech.

Sometimes I just get in a motherhood funk. The blues. The blahs. The I-can’t-do-anything-right kinda feeling.

  1. When I have one of those moments, I just click this link, the YOU led me to:

Don’t forget that you’re not only raising your kids, but you’re also raising a lot of us newer moms, too… it’s a big job, and you’re doing great!

  2. YEs, i get those too, you are not alone. Nothing is more healing and filled with hope as the Word of God….
“If any of you needs wisdom to know what you should do, you should ask God, and he will give it to you. God is generous to everyone and DOES NOT find fault with them who ask for help.” James 1:5

  3. Wow that photo really captures the funk you are describing. I think it is natural to have these moments of reflection as long as we use them to move forward constructively.

  4. You are not the only one, Satin tells all Mom’s with any conviction the same tells. Know that you can’t do anything but God can do all things through you and that is an amazing thing. He loves you enough to entrust children in your care, do your best to focus on Him and make Him proud rather than meditating on the nasty truths that are also there. God is amazing and is alive today! Sincerely, Mommy of two little blessings & so much more!
