I do have a butter pot. Actually I have a couple. I just discovered this week that you cannot use low fat butter in them, because the butter will fall in the water. I guess the fat keeps the butter from seperating. I hope you enjoy yours! I got mine for health reasons. We are going organic. Thanks .
