Top Ten {Tuesday}: Things That Distract Me

1. Skype. The sisterchicks have been skypin’ it up this week! Every night it feels like a sisterchick party and if you remember…ain’t no party like  a sisterchick party, yo!

2. My Husband. He is actually working right now. So, he’s not much of a distraction. We look like two computer geeks sitting at the kitchen table. Or rather, we are two geeks sitting at the kitchen table.

3. Discipline. We have been up to our ears in bad behavior over here. I checked out two parenting books at the library today. I have safely come to the conclusion that I am a terrible parent.

4. Squirrel!

5. My other blog. I have had record traffic at Impress Your Kids this month! As of today Impress Your Kids has had 1000 more hits than last month—and we’ve still got 9 days left in June! {That was a HUGE plug for you to go over and ogle at IYK’s greatness!}

6. Cut and Paste. I don’t know. I had a #6 earlier and then when I clicked back over here to type some more, it was gone. So, apparently I cut without pasting. *sigh*

7. My Contacts. Not like my email contacts, my actual in-my-eye-contacts. They are totally dried out and tired by 7pm. And it makes it hard to type. Also. I was promised laser surgery after I weaned Asa. I think I’m waaaay past that. Show me the laser!

8. The Kit Kat in my cupboard.

9. Camp Primo. My kids will be at “cousin camp” in two days. And it is the first ever THREE DAY Camp Primo. My parents are saints. Or crazy. Or something. Me? I’m just happy I get to sleep past 6:30am for THREE DAYS.

10. Brilliance. Wait. No, brilliance doesn’t distract me. It eludes me.
