I miss my babies, not that my new grandbabies aren't the most incredible things in the world, but having the opportunity to see their changes daily is missed. Their innocence, the love for learning and seeing new things is to be cherished. More good happens than bad and even though you are not busy each and every day, one day you will wish you had that day you can't remember what you did. Enjoy it all, it's gone in a flash. I know it’s not always easy, but now that my girls are all grown up with their own little ones, I long to go back, to the good and the bad. God plants those that we need at the exact moment we need them - to speak through them right to our hearts. You definitely are not alone in this - I'm just 8 hours away, going through the same stuff.
