Easter 1981.
(click picture to see larger…it’s worth it)
Three pictures for your retro-day viewing pleasure. The first is of course, me at 3 years old. Look how cute I was!!
The second picture is my dad, me, my grandmother, my mom and brother having a picnic on Easter. I love this picture. Mainly because of the fashions. Look at Daddy’s shorts. Mama’s hair and eye makeup. And Grandma’s WIG!
The third picture is my brother. He’s exactly the same age here as Asa is now. Do you love how he’s just wearing a diaper and that giraffe is like hung up by a noose?! He’s a cutie, though. My brother, not the giraffe.
If you have a retro photo to share, post one on your blog and leave a link in the comments! We’d love to see it!

How cute! Its nice you have these photos to look at as the years go by.
this is fantastic.
thats awesome and oh so cute
I love it! Your brother looks quite upset, could it be it’s because someone hung his giraffe? lol
Great pictures Amanda. How cute! Check out mine at tckk.blogspot.com
Sooo much cuteness! Love them all 🙂
Looks like fun! I was born just a short time later hee, hee! Come on over and link up! Check out the post above to check out all the amazing giveaways all over blogland right now! If you have one feel free to add in!
You’re making me want to move to Georgia. I’m sitting here wondering if my girls are going to be warm enough in their Easter dresses and sweaters (does doing Easter dresses make me a hypocrite based on my earlier rant? :P), or if I need to buy them tights. And look at y’all in your summer clothes!
Sigh – I’m so ready for warm weather!
Looks like Lydia and Asa in these pics!! Too cute;)
Now this picture is classic!
You are indeed a cutie!
Love it!
Oh, we have so many of those picnic shots – yours made me so nostalgic!!!
Wow! I can’t even imagine your mom and dad looking like that! Your picture is totally Lydia!
That’s a great set of photos, Happy Easter
