It is HEARTBREAKING. Nell is right, there is a lot of controversy over vaccines and disposable diapers as well. My kids wear pampers. I LOVE that $ goes toward Unicef when I do. I will do what I can to help even tho I don't buy diapers anymore. I hated that there was so much negative attention that she breastfeed another woman's baby like it was such a faux pas.
