It’s like ten minutes till Christmas. At least that’s what it feels like. And I still have too many things to do. It’s kinda crazier than normal around here because my husband’s birthday is on the 23rd and my mom’s is on the 24th. That’s extra presents, extra food, extra plans, extra everything! *sigh*
Anyway, this week I’m hoping to post some old Christmas pictures and even one of my old Christmas posts. (It’s about Christmas lights. I know you’re excited.) But right now, I’m just trying to get off the computer and into the shower before my husband leaves. There’s nothing scarier than being in the shower when Lydia and Asa are awake and have the run of the house.
But before I go, I wanted to let you know who won the Tide stocking–TCKK from Tales of the TCKK Family! Congrats! I will TRY to go to the Post Office today. That would be like a gift in itself…to cart two kids and a package into the post office three days before Christmas.
Oh, and uhm…because I’ve been a little lazy, I’m one day behind in my 12 Days of Christmas Books on my vlog. I’ll be remedying that during Lydia’s nap…after I wrap a few presents, vacuum and finish making Lydia’s presents for the grandparents. I hope you’ve enjoyed my books…maybe you can buy a few of them in the after Christmas sales. That’s the only place I want to go the day after Christmas—the book stores. I want to buy every Christmas book I can. I can’t help it. I’m a sucker for ’em.
OK, my husband’s still home, I’m going to jump in the shower. But I’ll leave you with this picture. My brother and me with Old Saint Nick. I know you can’t see my face, but look how scared cute Jason is. But the reason I love this picture is because of Santa’s face. How adorable is that guy?!
Merry THREE DAYS till CHRISTMAS!

you sound like me – I need to finish laundry, bake cookies, get to Target and Kroger, and finish sewing 3 gifts by tomorrow. Oh, and clean the house so we can have everyone over for Christmas.
PS – I love your Christmas light post!

So we agree that people born around the holidays are just mean. Look at all of the stress they add to our lives. How dare they. 😉
Good luck with all the plans! I’m sure it will go swimmingly!
