Beyond words! The day was captured as was the love and sheer joy that was shraed by all. Thanks to my beloved Kathy for giving us the amazing Sharon and a perfect day. This is not photography, it is artistry.
Like No Shave November, this will be a hit with the guys moreso than the girls. I asked the stetnuds in my ministry who was participating in no shave november. The only one’s who said yes were the ladies. No guys were participating at all.
Improving connections, imonivprg the connections between neighborhoods, and strengthening quality of life within neighborhoods:Sorry I missed this important meeting due to personal conflicts, but one of the things I’ve felt about Acton is the land development is not uniform (not a single shared image as someone stated) there is the West Acton downtown area, the school area, the East side (Great Road and adjoining neghborhoods) which have more shopping, the very rural North-west side (closer to Littleton) with plenty of conservation land, and central Acton with the Town center, library and side-walked Rt. 27.One thing I want to see improvement in is the quality of life within neighborhoods. Presently, my neighborhood the rural sleepy side nestled inside woods, deer, and really tall unstable trees adjoining our narrow roads makes it unsafe to walk, let alone bike. We still have a lot of downed trees, unattended for clean up. There are a lot of existing potholes, and I don’t see much activity in the neigborhood.I think we need to have roads in such rural neighborhoods paved with atleast 1 or 2 street lights per road, in addition to the long term development of sidewalks and bikepaths. Trees are a wonderful thing for a Green town, but when Mother Nature has started to take them down for every storm occurrence with the price of even more inaccessible roads, downed power lines and power outages, its time to seriously think about the infrastructure for connections between neighborhoods in Acton. Having missed the important session this week, I may be re-hashing some thoughts discussed, but am willing to help out in development of neighborhoods, while preserving the environmental character of Acton.
aclearcutsign on August 30, 2011 I like that I can bounce back (maybe not quklciy, but definitely in a short time) from bad situations. My bf and I broke up after 7.5 years, and while i was so devastated, my mindset now has been more about taking this opportunity for new beginnings and that excites me and usually gets me out of my funk.
As the wife of a guy who is rockin’ his 3rd-annual Novembeard, I tlaloty vote for No Facial Hair November. P.S. I’m pretty sure my husband got a head start and stopped shaving in mid-October this year.
Every single photo is inrdecible! I’ve already watched the video about 20 times and I’m speachless word cannot even begin to describe how beautiful every single photo is. This is something I will treasure for the rest of my life. I’m getting teary eyed thinkng about how one day I will watch this when I’m old and Rhys is a grown man. Thank you so so much!
A few more updates-Acccording to booffoicemxjo, Cool It made an average of a little over $650 at the 41 theaters at which it opened last Friday- which makes it highly unlikely (to say the least) that it will make it to the Keystone Art Cinema. Also, it sounds like Made in Dagenham will be at the KAC on December 17- or at least that’s what it sounds like as of now.And Miriam- thanks for the Blood Noodle comment. I’m not sure what kind of movie would have that title, but I would probably wind up seeing it, some day.
Johanne Sharon and I have known each other for 45years. We grew up together, lost touch and reennoccted over the past 3 years. Your photos of Tara’s engagement, wedding and these family photos are absolutely priceless. The candid shots are amazing. You truly have a gift for capturing life’s moments and preserving them for all to see. Absolutely fantastic.
Lauren Posted on Totally awesome idea, spot on with error in exeticuon! Perhaps next round try holding the caps in place and just simply painting on some elmers school glue A: less likely to get under the caps (& maybe leave caps in place while applying the glitter) & B: super easy to wash off your hands! :)Just my humble thoughts and opinions! But I LOVE the idea And the tip about the #6 plastic working like shrinky dinks! I had no clue! Yay!
That is WAY too cute! The year my daughter was one, my son dressed as the sorcerer’s apprentice and my daughter was a broom. It is the only time I have been able to have them coordinate! They have too many opinions now! ;D
Howdy! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I really enjoy reading through your posts. Can you recommend any other blogs/websites/forums that go over the same subjects? Thank you!
