This Was Supposed To Be Wordless Wednesday

…but my infamous scanner isn’t working. And I went to prenatal yoga today this morning, so family pics were not on the radar.

PLUS, I have something totally NOT wordless to share with you. I have joined the ranks of vloggers. No, that is not a typo. I have started a VLOG. As in a video-weblog. I’m going to be a featured vlogger at newbaby.com. Each week I’ll post a video or two about…well, the same kind of randomness that I post about here everyday. (Are you so excited? I know, I can feel it! Just what you’ve always wanted, not only to READ everything that pops out of my head, now you can actually WATCH me say it. What have I done?!)

I did my first one today…while driving my car…please don’t tell anyone. But after watching my first bumbling vlog, make sure you poke around newbaby.com. It’s kinda facebook meets youtube for moms. You can set up your own profile, become my friend (because, you know, that would make it official) and you can start vlogging yourself!

OK, here’s the link to my profile. Click VIDEOS and then MY FIRST VLOG: PRENATAL YOGA. Be prepared to be amazed. (And just as a complete superficial shallow request, please please know I’m cuter in real life. My hair doesn’t usually look that…mullet-y.)

That was funny! You’re right..your hair doesn’t normally look like that. Must have been the angle of the camera.

Is there 2 separate videos on there? I clicked on both of them, but it’s the same video.

You’re so cute, Amanda. I loved watching both of them. Especially the second one when you were talking about God & how He was knitting Asa together. So sweet!

I’m back! I had to watch for the bus with Emelia before I could play the vlog… I heart you. Loved listening to your voice which was less southern than I imagined. You sound a lot like me and say a lot of the things I say so it was funny and really cool! It was like taking a drive with you… from my couch in Choctaw USA! Good job!

That was fun to watch! How cool and techie are you!? We lived in [your town] for 9 yrs, so I was watching out your car window to see if I could recognize anything!!:)

You also had me stop for a moment and thing about my 4 babies, different as they are, being knit together by our great God! I seem to think about God and his amazing works more when I’m pregnant–I guess I’m more internal and wistful then. Thanks for helping me think on Him a little more this morning!

I love it! It’s like you’re right here chatting with me. Also, it was nice to find out how to pronounce Asa. 🙂

I really want to get into the whole vlogging thing. The problem is that I look like a dork and sound like a hick. I’m afraid I’d end up on CNN as their funny video of the day. Then, Jon Stewart or Stephen Colbert would have me on their show for one of their “interviews” where they’re really making fun of me….

Too much pressure. Too much anxiety. Maybe I should medicate first. 🙂

Not fair looking so cute when you’re going to exercise! You look lovely in the videos. Makes me want to do prenatal yoga too…is it too late to start? My hip started feeling like it is going to fall off today. Ack!

Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images
aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why
but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome.
