It's a breeze when you skip it (and yes, both babies were very healthy). The one pregnancy I carried to 39 weeks required A LOT of Chick-fil-a nuggets and french fries. :) I would love to win this book! I've actually heard of Batterson before, one of my professors in Seminary mentioned him, back when In a Pit With a Lion on a Snowy Day first came out.
