Somehow I figured out that it was a little thingie in the air thing that wasn't opening. So, I also figured out that I could put my lipstick in that little thing and then start it and then take out my lipstick. It worked every time. One day Matt was with me (I hadn't mentioned the glitch) and it wouldn't start. I said, "don't worry, I know how to fix it." he was shocked when I took my lipstick and put it in the air thing.
