Things I did today:
1. Boiled eggs for dyeing.
2. Bought some baby shower gifts. (the theme is “my favorite things as a new mama”…any other good ideas to add?)
3. Ate dinner at 9:30pm.
4. Folded 4 loads of clothes. ugh.
5. Drank 14 cherries, 1 pomegranate, 1 apple, 1/3 of a banana and several red grapes.
6. Shopped at my favorite grocery store.
7. Found out one of my heroes visited my mom at her office today!
8. Gave Lydia a bath.
9. Took a nap! (woo-hoo!)
10. Made cupcakes. For real.
11. Found the best thing ever at Target!
12. Told Lydia at least 4 stories about our favorite fictitious dog & cat, Fifi & Fluffy.
13. Posted at 10pm. (Hey, it’s been a busy day!)

You got naked huh? I need to get naked for matt. I think he’d like it.
I’m referring to #5 just for those who might think I’ve lost my mind 🙂
ANNIE! I didn’t even know what you were talking about at first! LOL!
LOL. I’m glad I left the explanation then! You would have thought I was going nutty!
Thanks for the explanation Annie! I was confused. And a little concerned. 🙂
Don’t you just love buying shower gifts now that you know what a mom needs??! I’ll spend hours in Babies R Us picking stuff out.
girl – you made my Thursday look pitiful! Granted, it was my “day off…” One Thursday each month I get to go scrapbooking with some ladies from my church. So I left Elias with Josh and 2 different babysitters for the day, took the baby, and got crafty!
I haven’t seen any of those Cadbury Mini Eggs around here, I’d love to have some of those 🙂
Happy TT!
That is a busy day! I bought some of the dark cadbury eggs tonight because I ate like 20 of them at your house today. They are awesome!
Staying busy, girl! Glad to hear you snuck in a nap. Loooooooove WFM! Wish it were closer to us, but it’s probably best that it’s not.
Sounds like a great day — especially the nap and the cupcakes! How did you do it all?
I did the “favorite things as a new mom” for my friend’s shower, with a twist — I gave her a toiletry bag with little goodies I thought would be handy while she was in the hospital.
I love the baby shower gifts. And I agree with you about Whole Foods. It’s our fave, too. Unfortunately, we have to drive at least 2-1/2 hours to get to one! 🙁 The chocolate eggs look so yum!
