One of my newest bloggy friends, Megan from Sorta Crunchy just “carded” me. I think it just means “tagged”. Regardless, I want to honor her by responding. (By the way, have you visited her yet? She’s fun and cute and we just clicked! Go say hi!)
I’m filling out a Wish List for this new year. A wish list for things I want…just fun stuff. And the 2nd list is a spiritual wish list. The idea is a prayer list so others can see what I’m praying for and desiring in my life. Good idea, right?
So, here we go. Get your credit cards and prayer shawls ready. (I’m not be flippant, I promise.)
My Materialistic Wish List:
1. A new stinkin’ camera that actually takes pictures when you press the button. Not 3.5 mintues later.
2. An Ikea Designer to come in and organize/decorate my house. Our house is so odd, that I just don’t know what to do about storing and organizing it.
3. Laser Eye Surgery. I’m going to the doctor soon about this, we’ll see what he says!
4. Books. I always like books. Oh, I’ve been wanting to see what this one‘s about.
5. Clothes. I always like clothes. And shoes.
My Spiritual Wish List:
1. Megan said “DISCIPLINE”. And I’m with you! I need it in so many areas.
2. Our “future”. I’m not worried about it as much anymore. But as time goes by, there is still a question mark in my mind.
3. I want to see some miracles in some of my friends’ & family’s lives.
4. Can I repeat #3?
5. I want to see Lydia grow in Godly characterisitcs.
(These are all just too big. I could write 3 whole blogs about each one. So, I’ll just keep it at that, ok?)
Now, I get to card (seriously, where did that come from?) 5 people. Hmmm…
1. Mrs. Branham because she linked to me the other day and I’ve been wanting to return the favor!
2. Christi @ Blah Blah Blog because she’s had a rough few days! {hugs}
3. Liz @ Discovering Liz because she actually thought of closing her blog down! Now she has to keep it up at least one more day!
