My Little Lyddie Lou
Posted by oh amanda on January 5th, 2008 . Filed under: me .To my beautiful baby girl on her 2nd birthday,
I didn’t even know your face when I saw this picture. I was excited and a little seed of love had begun to grow.

Then when we first met & my heart exploded inside me. My entire world was different. It was centered on this little face.

Our first year together was so full! I can’t believe how you captivated my heart and my life. By the time you turned 1, I was a completeley different person—and so were you!

This morning, I was greeted with this sweet little newly 2 year old face.

I don’t know how we got from that first picture to the last so quickly. And I can’t believe how my heart and love have grown with you. I love you more every day, Lydia. I’m so excited for today and for your new year!
My heart is too full to actually put into words. I’m just honored to be your mama.
Happy Birthday!
I love you,
Mommy
