I have chosen. Yes, I found a doll for Lydia. I know you’ve all been on the edge of your seats wondering what she’s going to get for Christmas.
And I ended up not even ordering it online. A new toy store opened up down the street from us. I decided to wander in and what do I see in the pink section? Why, Baby Stella, of course! (feel free to click on the pictures, I linked them to their respective sites…)
Isn’t she sweet? That gigantic thing on her face is a magnetic pacifier. She comes with so many accessories which are all cloth. Look what else I bought:
Do you love this?! I’m so excited. I might cave and buy her the feeding set, too. Hey, Christmas comes but once a year. It’s not like her birthday is 10 days after or anything. (Actually, it is.)
After looking through your links and doing a little more research, I found several more sweet dolls. There’s a whole group of crafters who make “softies”. Check out this group on flickr. How darling is that stuff?
And how about these pretties? They make the most gorgeous pram ever!
And now an etsy find for you…
And just one more…
Are those just the most delightful dolls ever?!
Lydia may be getting dolls for the next 25 Christmases, these are just too cute NOT to own!
So, did I do good?
Adorable! Good job, mama!
These dolls are absolutely wonderful!
Great choice!
super cute!
i love her!!! she is perfect!
Wow! Looks like you totally scored!! That’s awesome. I like the water coming out of the faucet, too cute! Now we can only hope that she loves it and plays with it all the time (and not the box it all comes in!). 🙂
Adorable! GREAT finds!
I love them!!! And I know Lydia will love them too!!!!!!!!
You did great!! Especially not having to order it!!!!!!! Glad you found what you wanted. HC has been getting dolls every Christmas and this year she is getting a few more. I keep telling everyone “No more baby dolls. She has enough.” Then when anyone asks her what she wants, her answer is “A such and such baby.” She LOVES baby dolls and she names them AND remembers their names. Shouldn’t we indulge her??? So far we indulge her and I just say “Next year – no babies!” 🙂
SUPER! We have quite the baby doll stash, I assure you, but not one of them is soft and snuggly cloth. Shameful! I will be checking out the fantastic linkage. Thanks for sharing!
Baby Stella is a cutie:)
I love these dolls and accessories. My daughter is going to be one. I’ll have to keep these in m ind. Great job mom!

Looking to work from home?
cute! Of course, how much more would Lydia love a “Doghead” puppet?!
And yes…the cupcake ornament did make it on the tree 🙂
I am loving that baby doll! And what cute ones from Etsy also…thanks for sharing.
That is the most perfect baby doll that I have ever seen, I really wish I could find it locally! No chance I am sure! Merry Christmas!
Love the doll! That is just adorable. My youngest dd needs that doll (and she’s five). Is five too old for something that precious??
I don’t think so! 🙂
I love them! They’re so great and not creepy at all!!! I know Lydia is going to adore them!!
I didn’t know the baby’s name was Stella- sooo cute!
There is just about nothing better online these days than etsy . . . other than ohamanda :c) Fabulously adorable dollies!
