Moose Munch Monday

I bought a bag of Harry & David’s Dark Chocolate Cherry Moose Munch for my brother’s birthday yesterday. I also bought myself a bag. You know, to make sure it was a good choice for him.

And it was.

In fact, I’ve eaten the whole bag by myself. Well, there are a few kernels left at the bottom of the bag. I think I’m going to have them as a reward for finishing my post.

I’ve told you before how Mondays just drain me of blogspiration. I have a lot of blog fodder after the weekend but I just can’t seem to articulate it. And I hate posting wedidthisthenwedidthisthenweatethisblahblahwhocares. So, here I am posting about stuff I don’t even want to post about.

Which leads me to blogging.

Because what else is there to blog about when you have nothing to blog about than blogging? *whew* Are you still with me?

I am so behind on my bloglines! There are 206 posts I haven’t read yet. Some of my bloggy friends have 9 posts since I last clicked! What is going on?! Why are their minds flooded with interesting posts and mine is kinda sorta thinking about moose munch?

I got 2 free bloggy things in the mail!! I won this from 5m4m and $25 gap gift card from damselfly! How cool is that?! Plus, another one of my paperbackswap books got requested AND somebody signed up for their very own pbs account and gave me one credit! Thanks Nichole!

I have sent 2 “audition” emails to be a guest blogger on two separate sites! Am I a freak or what? I don’t want to tell you who it is, so you won’t laugh at me. But maybe soon, I’ll be announcing my new position as sometimes-blogger for them!

And in other news:

I hate am about to throw my phone at aggravated with Oprah. *sigh*

If you come back tomorrow, I know you are really my friend. Thanks for making it through that train wreck of a post. I’m off to finish my Moose Munch.

I hear you about the writer’s block. Sometimes I sit down to write and hear crickets chirping in my head. And then a tumbleweed blows by.

I hope your guest blogging gigs work out. Let us know if they do so we can come check it out.

I hate getting writer’s block…in fact, that is why I do write about the boring facts of what we are doing/what we have done/blahhty blahhty blah blah. Anywho…

Too bad about Oprah. Hope it will happen soon.

I love Moose Munch! We’ve got a H&D store near us, and whenever we’re there, I’ve got to get a bag. But much as I enjoy Moose Munch, Dale and Thomas Popcorn is WAY better.

Go to their website & browse… it’ll make you hungry…

You are so funny! BTW, I love Moose Munch too–in fact, I think I love all of Harry and David’s snack mixes (OK, I’ve got the munchies now).
